April Lockhart
April Lockhart, born in 1995 on July 4th July, started taking guitar and piano classes at age seven. She was interested in songwriting was sparked. April's first song was Different. It was written at the age of 12. As a teenager, April spent a lot of her time writing song ideas and practicing her musical skills. The songwriting began with her father on the streets of NY and LA just a few months later. The month of April also included other themes in the book, Take My Hand, for those of her peers who struggled with peer pressure, disabilities or even suicide. Lockhart is a popular figure and has a job as a lifestyle blogger under the popular Ilia Clean Beauty brand. It's true that she was born without a left hand and that is what makes her different. However, this isn't the only characteristic of her. Because of this, her Instagram profile does not shy away from her disabilities, yet it's not focused on it in any way. The message is? The message? That we are all multifaceted, and that the identities we have and our physical bodies may not be as appear. Lockhart with a short video message from Nashville's home affirms that I don't want this to make me feel like I am a victim. I am greater than the physical person I am. It doesn't impact my daily routine. I conduct the same way as I always do and have come up with different ways of adapting. It's an integral aspect of my existence, therefore it's important that we talk about it. Lockhart, a real inspiration for self-acceptance in general has been on a long process to attain it. Still she admits she's gone through a few phases of her body at times feeling insecure to wear specific types of clothes which showed off her arms. She dresses according to her preferences and posts photos of herself in the outfits she picks out on social media. It's all a process is the main thing I'm not certain when you will arrive, in self-love. However, I believe that's the case with all people, regardless of what their fear may be. The idea of having people close to you who truly have a sense of who you are and understand your feelings is crucial because they'll be the people who remind you What are you concerned about?
